@widenergirl--Unfortunately, I have to agree. Been waiting for a necklace set for a month now. I contacted them today by email--they wrote back saying "...the order is being processed and "hopes to be shipped within some more days" (verbatum) and then from that point, it'll be 3-4 days." Well..thanks for clearing everything up for me Utsav! Still waiting on that necklace set. Hope I recieve the package before MY WEDDING!! (It's in 3 months--we'll see). I'm already buying backup.

Do not EVER buy anything from this company. They do not respond in a timely fashion to customer complaints. They blatantly lied to me about mailing an order, and then later told me it had not been mailed. It is so difficult fighting it out with them, because with the time difference I have to be up at 2am just to call India. Their standard response to any customer complaint is "Oh, there was a technical error." Do NOT believe them when they say express ship- it does not exist
