  • @martyelp hello! we are training for power, not endurance. The main tenet of that is that we rarely do more than about 4 reps of anything and never train to failure. So I have no idea how many we could do! Probably not that high a number because like I said we don't train for that ;)

  • Love to see you all do max pull-ups, normal 2 handed pull ups. Well rested, max max. My guess is 25+?

  • @mhrockstar hi mate! I know we are a fair way off but doing these negatives are how you progress to the full thing! You can see that in the space of a couple of weeks I could hold on with my right hand for twice as long so the progress is clear. Left side is still much weaker. As for the handstands, the trick is practice!!! Try some against the wall first!!! Hope you are well man

  • Well it's not exactly a complete rep just negatives and partial reps, but heck! It takes serious skill to even hold on with one arm!! NICE JOB GUYS!! WOW! You guys own! I'm going to start training to get to that level. The lever looks like it would be fairly easy. I'm guessing it's not. Btw.... What's the trick to staying in a handstand position without falling over?
