This whole album has a real Roy Orbison quality to it...
I feel as though Cox makes informed music, takes the best bits disassembles them make use of them and throw away others. He has a distinct vocal style and always seems to compliment the particular song at hand. To say Deerhunter or this project is overrated I think is an unjust attack on an individual who can only do this one thing so passionately. He provides incredible music that is not just about the end product THE RECORD..
