If you use the right metal and design, a hookblade could be very possible. Now could you fall ten stories and use it, no. But who the fuck that would buy this would be doing anything acrobatic? I would just like to have it to say I have it! And I would probably sharpen the edges to make it an actual blade... Combine it with your Hidden Blade on the other arm and you are Ezio, essentially.
