Ignore the bars on the sides and top on the screen recorded part, it got messed up because i recorded in HD and then i had to convert it to 640x480 so just don't worry about them.

  • "set your frame rate and shit" lol, i was just pissing myself laughing!

  • lol thanks

  • how did u get ur preview box to be at the bottom right mines on the top right???? o.O

  • In Sony Vegas go to:

    >Options

    >Preferences

    >Display

Then uncheck the box that says "Display timeline at bottom of main window."

It will now be at the top, which makes it 20 times easier to edit.

    :)

What you would do is, when you go to render the video, where it says template, click on custom, then click on the video tab, then where it says video smoothness, make it 90%, then make sure the frame rate is set at 29.970, then go to the project tab, then where it says video rendering quality, click on good.

That should make it non HQ/HD. I'm not very sure though, but it probably will. If it doesn't work, then just tell me and I will try to figure it out. :)
