1.The key to all this exercise is unwinding faster and stretch your muscles. To improve physical endurance, explosion, and the flexibility of your muscles, they look like rubber bands

2.My first exercise is called CROSS-ARM PUSH-UPS. Take regular push-up position. I started with five normal push-ups (see LINK below on how to do regular push-ups), then I pushed hard and fast from the ground to get my body into the air.

3.My second exercise is ONE LINE-legged hop. Standing on one foot, I jumped wide white lines from a tennis court.

4.My third exercise is to jump raises ARM. While standing with your feet shoulder width apart and elbows bent at 90 degree angle with your hands near your hips, jumped as high as possible in the air.

5.My last exercise was the sprint. I do two types of sprints: from stand-still position and of light jogging.

6.Please let me know if this is a routine exercise to improve speed and agility during sporting events or just in general. Thank you for reading.
