I loved this movie too. I went to Lourdes twice. First time with my husband. Second with my mother, husband and my little girls whose middle name we named Bernadette. Truely a holy place, but rememberwe all can make it a God's kingdom if we love others too.

The old aunt was Bernade not Bernard. In the convent Bernadette was Marie Bernade. Bernadette was a diminutive of Bernade.
