I think it's true, that our own gov is growing these ebe's in the lab, or at least used to. They were then programmed to work with special ops in abductions & reproduction. The goal was to create enough hybrid workers for the Earth so humans can be exterminated. Most of the hybrids are old enough to work now. They will be docile and follow orders.
