Oh dear, I hope you have stopped doing that. How about practicing deep breathing and slow stretching to help reduce tension and stress. Also, I have some wonderful relaxation videos to help you take restful breaks throughout the day or even to help fall asleep. Please give them a look, I think you will find them to be helpful.

oh i almost forgot, i buy yo-plait 99% fat free strawberry yogurt as a snack since I'm pregnant i get soooo many fatty cravings so i pull it out when i have a snack attack. The thing is, would plain yogurt be better then flavored yogurt?
