Eating healthy can be so confusing these days! That is why I am going to make it simple for you to choose a healthy variety of foods from each of the major food groups to keep you energized and looking and feeling your absolute best. This is how I eat to stay fit and in shape and I want to share it with you.. I am a mother of two children, so I am always concerned about my family eating healthy foods to be their optimal best. .We all follow my diet guidelines as they are simple, wholesome and so easy to remember to make a part of your life without feeling deprived.   • oh i almost forgot, i buy yo-plait 99% fat free strawberry yogurt as a snack since I'm pregnant i get soooo many fatty cravings so i pull it out when i have a snack attack. The thing is, would plain yogurt be better then flavored yogurt?

  • Of course, you can use other jam flavors as well!

  • Oh dear, I hope you have stopped doing that. How about practicing deep breathing and slow stretching to help reduce tension and stress. Also, I have some wonderful relaxation videos to help you take restful breaks throughout the day or even to help fall asleep. Please give them a look, I think you will find them to be helpful.
