'TOTAL PANIC' on Nickelodeon, 1989

videogame reviews of
Forgotten Worlds for the Sega Genesis,
and R-Type for the NEC TurboGrafx-16

I am sorry I don't have the entire episode
(each was 3 HOURS) or at least the entire videogame segment. got recorded over years ago.

  • Wow, I don't remember that show, which is odd since I watched Nick all the time back then.

  • Total Panic ran on Nickelodeon from 1989 to 1990.

3 hours on Sunday mornings. For me in the Chicago area, it was on from 8:30AM to 11:30AM, Central Time.

Total Panic was great show if you liked videogames. Better than the later, and much more widely-known show Nick Arcade, which was *only* about videogames, but sucked compared to Total Panic, IMO.

  • whose voice is that?

  • Greg Lee

  • I'm using Firefox and it works for me. It would've been nice though if you had used the original video to capture from rather than some camera fixed to the TV screen.

  • yeah it would've been better, I know. but I don't yet have the equipment for that (i.e. my video card).
