http://www.darksidepreview.com - FREE download of the first chapter of my new ebook The Dark Side of Fat Loss!

http://www.undergroundwellness.com I'm too young to be slowing down! So I went over to The Lab in Downtown San Diego to work on my speed and agility with A.J. Miller of http://www.thelabtraining.com .

We banged out some ladder, cone, and resistance band drills to get me back up to speed.

Great workout!

  • Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing more from the Lab.

  • if i didnt know better i'd say sean played hs football

  • @MiZzThANGz21 Just train carefully, if you dont want to be permanently injured. Listen your body signals, and not some incomptent trainers. Bodybuilding is a slow and steady process, wich need patience. And lifelong commitment.

  • Sean,

I live in SD and I was wondering what is the best gym in SD? Which one would you recommend especially for somone who has an injury (in regards to personal training)?......

I currently go to State's gym and 24, but im looking for something new!
