nothing more than tension building up in your muscles. as for someone feeling it if you were to throw it at them. you could stand around "meditating" for hours and then try and throw this "chi ball" at someone/something and the only force you would feel, is from the slight breeze caused by your hand(s) as you "throw" this "chi ball" as for the fact you are able to feel it expand and contract its because you subconciously become aware of the tension in your muscles.

Excellent demonstration on the power of thought energy, it worked perfectly, when I inhale my hand come closer together, when I exhale my hands go farther from each other, I threw the ball at my monitor when I finished, it shook a bit, thanks for uploading, please come by my channel to view my work, peace and love, malki619.

Well done! It worked in the way that you said it would. When I tried to compress the ball, I felt resistance. However, I wonder how much of this is actual chi in action and how much of it is a simple neuropsychological effect.

I don't know what to say.. I did not feel any pulling or expanding but, before going into the collapsing part I did it before he even instructed it to do so, and I did feel resistance. I did not expect this at all. Interesting :-)
