Flying with ryanair is cheap because they force their employees to sign a contract and pay for training and after this they have to pay for a lot of compulsory things (like IDs, uniforms, etc.) that are not included in the contract and they don't know about this before signing the contract.

So everytime you complain about RYR staff, remember, they are paying to have a job and they are under heavy pressure.

However, the truth is that the ticket prices are so low that I personally don't care about the service in a 1-4h flight.

During last 2 years I've booked over 100 flights with cheap airlines (incl Ryanair) and the average price was $90-100 for the return ticket. As much as I love KLM/Emirates and other high class airlines, I wouldn't be able to travel the entire Europe if budget airlines didn't exist:)
