Technically, the video isnt really very correct

Earth, Vulcan, Andor etc were founding members of the UFP

its like saying you have to be european to be in the EU, you can deport the Russian, or the Chinese kinda thing, not the german or french (if you see what i mean)

it would make sense to deport Worf in TNG but not spock
