  • I do sometimes eat it with rice, but I place it on my menu plan. I eat a small amount which adds 75 additional calories. Thanks for posting.

  • @fatty2slim this is not a criticism of your curry but why do you not use fresh garlic? I have made this curry at home both your way, and made a few adjustments. firstly i use fresh garlic and also ginger, and i use ground cumin instead of the paste you use. I used tinned tomatoes and i put fenugreek in and finished with fresh coriander. give it a try and tell me what you reckon, other then that your food looks excellent
