Little big planet played using PS3 Motion Controller TGS 09

Footage from Sony's Tokyo Game Show press conference has slowly been trickling on to the Internet over the past couple of days, the latest batch of which comes in the form of five-minute plus video of folk utilizing the PS3 motion-controller with LittleBigPlanet.

It looks as though levels can be designed with the controllers in mind, offering an experience where one player can play as Sackboy, and the other can manipulate the games physics with the motion controller.

NOOOO They are following too closely in Nintendo's footsteps by redoing games like this with the move controller!!! This is a bad idea this controller wont work with all games only certain ones! Why cant they use the time they spent on LBP (which was fine before they started dicking around with the Move controller) and instead focus on making the Move controller work with newer games like baseball or golf or more FPS (I know they are on some FPS) as well as action/adventure games?!!!

@instantsurgery well you do know that LittleBigPlanet 2 has been officially confired and it believe me, it has had a MASS UPGRADE from LBP 1!

You have a health bar this time around, proper racing vehicles, you can create FPS Levelz, RPG Levelz, AND EVEN CUT SCENES!

You can use Motion Controller Support, and you can record your OWN voice for cut scenes, and it's all still Uploadable & Downloadable! XD

PS3 GOTY 2010! =D
