sorry, maybe a stupid question but I'm new in the arduino business and i want to do exactly that with my nikon d7000 for high speed photography
so, can you adjust the sensitivity of the ldr?

Are there any mods to the camera? Or are you using the built in shutter release?

do most, if not all digital cameras these days have a 2 wire trigger? or just these brand of SLR's?
What Canon are you using? I have the T1i.

This is the Canon 450D, I'm not sure what it's called in the US and A.

Most have a 3-wire trigger: Half-way for focus and exposure lock, and full press for shutter.
