When I looked up the term "hugaholic", the suffix "aholic" means someone with an obsession or an addiction to something. Shopaholic, workaholic, or alcoholic are examples. It's weird to ask for payment or accept money for hugs. I know I would never do that. Unless there is a group raising money for charity, getting paid to hug or charging anybody to hug you sends the wrong message. So "needahug? it's free!" is a good idea. See you later. I'm working on a new free hugs t-shirt.

I like your "hug me" shirt. The character brings a smile to my face. I usually wear home made t-shirts and buttons whenever I go on my free hugs missions. Some ideas you might wanna try: "needahug? it's free!", or "hug it out!" or "hugaholic" I met a woman who introduced me to the term. We shared a long wonderful hug during an outdoor concert two years ago. Being creative adds some fun to your free hugs mission. Gotta go now. Hugs heal!

Keep up the good work! Juan Mann really got the ball rolling on this campaign and it is good to see people in other nations inspired to do their own free hugs campaign. In the years I've been sharing free hugs, I'm close to 30,000 free hugs! Amma The Hugging Saint has over 26 million free hugs! It's not about quantity, it's all about sharing the love with a world that could use a lot of healing. Would be nice to have a designated million hugs day!
