DBFR Fitness Challenge 2008

With the help of our sponors BSN, the #1 Supplement Company in the world, (www.bsnonline.com) and Crossfit Hardcore, the best crossfit gym in South Florida, (www.crossfithardcore.com) I have organized the 1st ever fitness challenge for Deerfield Beach Fire-Rescue. Our goal is to whip our firefighters into the best shape they have ever been in and encourage the lifestyles changes required to keep their newly attained levels of fitness and health for the rest of their lives. This is the 1st of 4 stories to be aired on WPLG channel 10 here in south Florida.
