Yi Lu Mai Fu / 一路埋伏

Yi Lu Mai Fu can be translated as "The First Way of Ambush." It is a middle level Long Fist sequence which introduces additional kicking techniques. Once you have mastered this sequence, you may say that you have built the foundation for Long Fist.

Beautiful but someone else should have held the camera and let the cameraman guy catch his breath. Unless ofcourse he was REALLY enjoying the performance.
