one of the few owners who actually does press conferences and has a reputation. i mean how many basketball owners can you name? i wouldn't say he's a moron as he's a billionaire and owns a solid franchise but he certainly does act stupid at tines.

So if you have 1.6 billion in the bank, you can't be a moron?
According to Cuban's reasoning, Google (Net worth $154 billion) are a bunch of morons, since they ended up acquiring YouTube.
If Cuban can express his position, so can I.

Now on to his MP3 comment... he was dead wrong. So what? He's human! I could go back and find hundreds of articles with quotes from Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, etc, in which they make statements that later on turn out to be dead wrong. They are only human.

Cuban has a big mouth and uses the soap box to drive his own agenda while berating others. In this case he was bad mouthing YouTube & pimping his own HDNet.
This video is just an attempt to show others that you too can voice your opinion.

I get his point about how nobody should buy YouTube, he makes a valid argument. Cuban is a big advocate of consumer rights and is on the leading edge of the digital world. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to copyright infringement.

Well Google is in talks to purchase to buy YouTube upwards of $ 1.5 billion. Now, who would call Google a moron?
