Wenn Johnnie Tame und Peter Maffay zusammen Musik machten, war das für mich Country Rock von seiner schönsten Seite. Hab am letzten Montag die "Oldie-Börse" von 20 Uhr bis 0 Uhr auf Bremen Eins gehört - Johnnie Tame lebt in Ostfriesland. Er ist auch auf dem Maffay-Live-Album "Live '82" mit von der Partie. Dort lieferte Johnnie mit "Home for sale" auch einen Solo-Song ab - klasse! Wie im übrigen auch dieser Ausschnitt vom ZDF - "Making it better" und "Disco" mit Ilja Richter waren klasse!!

Danke für das Einstellen. Ich erinnere mich noch genau an diesen Auftritt in der Disco 77. Seit diesem Moment war ich von der Arbeit Peter Maffay's überzeugt - und das hat sich seither nicht mehr geändert ;-) Gruss aus Canada. Joe

I discovered these guys when I bought a used cassette of Tame & Maffay 2 (about 20 years ago at a yard sale and instantly became a fan.
I never could find them in vinyl here in America but 5 years ago I DID find CDs of the 1st & 2nd albums. I want to find more anyone out there have any suggestions?
