i can do it in lab easily with tons of method. simple chemistry. i suspect this is as simple as dissolving salt that has high heat of dissolution or somewhere along this line, remember he HIT IT this will cause the salt to mix. in fact dissolution of many inorgnic salt (try touch NaOH bottle after you create a solution of it, trust me i tried that and its really HOT)
