DERDEKAR is correct. The animation is too steady as hummingbirds do. Simply you can animate the root bone as a sinusoid on Z axis and Y axis, shift on curve 3 or 4 frames and it will look realistic !

Das Tracking, Rendering und der Schatten ist super, aber die Animation auf der Stelle sieht nicht realistisch aus. So stabil schweben nur Kolibris :)
