Yes, i was payed to say things ,which are written in Newspapers,UN-Papers, and even WIkipedia. Everyone with another oppinion does propaganda, am i right? What a joke.
And yes, there is corruption in the government, but it was there before Chavez and they try at least to change that.

The Raviba-Plan,where they sanifyed houses of the poor.
Food for the poor in far parts of the country.
They built and repaired 3000 schools, hospitals, houses, churches and parks. They Inoculated for than 2 million children. And many many more.
