owl release (a "pueo" is a Hawaiian owl)

The Three Ring Ranch Exotic Animal Sanctuary (www.3rr.org) is in Kona, Hawaii. This is the release of a pueo (Hawaiian owl) that was hit by a car and rehabbed at the Sanctuary. me and my friends was camping in one of their back yards(there was 6 guys 4 girls) and we saw one of thoose scary ass birds. i didnt leave the tent that night.

a pueo lives by my house out in parker ranch land and comes out and hunts at 6pm every night, I'm so glad another short eared owl can enjoy such freedom!
