  • Did u watch the video? She is not a member of the Chinese communist government. Don't u think BBC would not have pointed that out if she is what you claim her to be? She even criticized China's human rights record. So anybody that does not yell "Free Tibet" is Chinese communist spokesperson?

  • If the West really does want to help Tibet, they will have to be willing to help train the Tibetan army and provide Tibe billions of dollars to build a strong country that can protect itself. I don't think the US can afford to do that anymore. We are giving Israel billions of dollars every year. Quite frankly, I think that needs to stop.

  • These bitch is manipulative lier!! communist brainwashing does work marvels..

  • the major problem is that both sides fuzz up the facts to achieve propaganda. tibet exiles used fake tapes, facts and statistics to raise a near anti-chinese tidal wave in the west. the commies are usig history try to portray tibetants as backward feudal system. at the end, the chinese people are kind of mad because they see that white people are using tibet as a near anti-yellow peril campaign against the growing power of china.

  • I never claimed I understand the systems, only that I understand her frustrations. I also never suggested that Britain didn't have freedom of speech. However, I stick to what I said when I said "our media is just as malevolant and one ided as any Chinese propaganda". Our media can say pretty much anything it likes, but it's hardly well known for being the most neutral when it comes to reporting a story. I know 6 months is a tiny amount of time, it only allowed me to gain a little understanding.

  • That's nonsense. The media in Europe is of course freer than the Chinese media. I worked for Chinese media and there is a form of censorship that is incomparable to any Western Media.

It is very arrogant of you to say that you understand after just 6 months.

  • She actually lives in Britain and doesn't actually agree with what her home government is doing. Having lived in China for 6 months I totally understand where she is coming from. Having had the chance to see both sides of the story, so to speak, our media is just as malevolant and one sided as any Chinese proganda that dominates their lives. Thinks about it.

  • Don't work for her, mate! She is nothing but a shame to china.

  • bbc and all u eapurea media all bull shit
