The experts of gimmie are politicians who use our tax dollars to promote their careers. We can put a man on the moon, but cant provide health care. I dont hear screams about gimmie when it comes to McCain and his congressional cronies getting free health care via our tax dollars. It is good enough for public servants who make millions but not good enough for families who have to battle insurance companies to get the care they need. Hypocrisy, waste and greed in the conservative world is king

We pay plenty of taxes and spend it on big oil, pet peeve projects by self-serving politicians. It isn't a matter of raising taxes, it's about spending our tax dollars on what is needed. There is much waste, we could cut taxes and still take care programs for hard working Americans. You don't mind paying taxes for pork barrel programs or millions that waste taxes while children have no health care. Our tax dollar is good enough for McCains family, why isn't not good enough for us. Hypocrite.

Only those who don't mind spending our tax dollars on wasteful programs talk about raising taxes. The U.S. government spends billions in a second on programs that do nothing or cater to the privileged few -- so get real. Taxes don't need to be raised, taxes need to be spent by responsible politicians on what is needed. Hell, we spend our tax dollars to take care of others in other countries while ignoring the needs of our own citizens. Spend out tax dollar wisely and get rid of the waste.
