In the late sixties rumors were rife about Paul McCartney having died in an auto accident and having been replaced by a lookalike. The Beatles denied this was true and also plead innocent to having had any involvement in manufacturing the rumor but tracks, such as "I'm So Tired" featured here, included backmasked vocals with apparent subliminal messages and their films and album covers seemed littered with poignant clues. (I've included both the backmasked vocal of I'm So Tired and its reversal in the video).
A close study of Paul before and after the alleged date of death (November 9th, 1966) shows that the rumor is nonsense and that Paul is still very much alive but the clues about the the purported tragedy seem to have been deliberately inserted into the Beatles material. What was the reason?
