Before any other community in the wake of Katrina, New Orleans' Vietnamese community had begun rebuilding. Led by a man- part priest, part human dynamo- Father Luke Nguyen draws from lessons learned over 1000 years of Vietnamese history. Rob Reynolds reports.
The Vietnamese have come an extremely long way from having dynamite thrown into their fishing boats and being run over by the cars of racist rednecks to becoming a major part of the community. Truly miraculous!

I lived in New Orleans for 16 years and frequently went to Alcee Fortier St. for shopping and dinning. Now I lived in Arizona and it sucks.
