@bestiaccia youre welcome! I have a few japanese recipes on my channel that are easy for begginers. As a matter of fact, I try to make all recipes easy for beginners. Eating good food shouldnt be hard :)

I'm Japanese.
Where is dashi??
sets18 10 months ago
@sets18 I didnt have dashi so I just used soy sauce and mirin to flavor the rice. does it mean it should be called something different than takikomi gohan then or does it just make it less authentic? thanks for watching <3

Hello , I've just found your channel and I think you are a very good cook, do you have a recipe to make japanese mayonnaise? and also what brand or what kind of rice do you use for this recipe? thanx

@Neudahl Im not exactly sure whats inside japanese mayo or how it is made but I can make it a project. I love a challenge! As for the rice, its called arborio or calrose rice. Its a short or medium grain rice that is VERY glutenous and thats why it sticks together like that. The japanese use it for sushi, onigiri and other rice dishes and italian use it for rizotto. See ya ;)
