I walked past a VC in the mall w/my (nursing) 18 month old. She got so excited, pointed at the posters, and *yelled* "Look mama, MILKIES!!"

I could cry. This is so sweet.

Hooray for Buffy & Sesame Street!! Thanks for posting. Images like this should be everywhere, and YES, absolutely on a children's show. Children only think something is "wrong" if we TELL them it is. And if someone is offended by the way I feed my children, that is entirely THEIR problem. Happy 40th, Sesame Street! I only hope you are always as brave.

buffy is so wonderful. breast-feeding shouldn't be seen as a dirty thing. this is a great video.

such an intimate bond is formed between the mother and child when mother gives so completely of herself to her child. Beats the "formula" crap, hands down! There's nothing personal about the chemistry set in a bottle of factory made formula...One day, when people reconnect with their souls, this will be a common thing again!
