Another printmaking project done without a press. I teach this mostly to 3rd and 4th graders, but can be fun for any one. I used tempera paint to make the prints. The later prints normally look better than the first ones, but thats o.k.
Stay away from washable glue or "school glue" it won't work well

  • very nice presentation.

  • Wlel this isnt what i know as glueprint, but good anyway.

The way I know it is drawing with alcohol-based markers on acetate, then using glue to transfer it onto a surface

  • Thank you for taking the time to make such a clear tutorial.

I teach sewing and my students can never remember the lengthwise grain line and selvage edge I will use this in my class.

  • Really neat project idea, simple and cost-effective, I like it!

  • Great video and great project! Thank you so much for sharing!

  • I L-O-V-E this. I can so see doing this with my kid-o's and all the steps too! Thank you for making what I wasn't sure of possible!
