Lived there for 3 yrs. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN TOWN!!!!! The only reason you would live here is because you are just moving out of the dorms at CSU or you just don't know any better. It is a dump with many coats of fresh paint, the office staff is horrible and unfriendly, and it is a huge waste of money when you tally all of the utilities that are not included with the overpriced rent. Also, they seem to consider security deposits as gratuities. You will never see it upon move out!
