When reality departs-Original Instrumental Guitar song by Commander Fordo!

At first I wasn't planning on making a original song, I was just jamming along with the backing track and I started to figure out some cool lead guitar parts and from there I decided to make a hole song of it!
I wasn't going for a full out guitar shred song!
I tried to make a nice mix of both slow crying guitar melodies and fast shredding!
I used different melodies and guitar techniques such as Tapping, Sweeping, Wah Wah pedal, Legato en Whammy bar stuff.

This song comes from my heart and what I feel inside.
I guess mixed emotion can create nice soothing guitar melodies if
you know how to use it! I call this song ''When reality departs''. (My heart).

This is a rather nice song. That being said, it's very clear that this was a song designed to show case the guitar part, with nothing else appearing to have been given so much as a single pattern. Which is sad, because that's really the only thing separating it from being a rather great song, instead of just a good one. As I've said, do not get me wrong, but you can do a lot better if you put that much effort and emotion into the rest of the instruments, as you did the guitar.

The song does have patterns as for the Hole guitar part is written to climb up after one another until the ultimate climax at the end. If you listen closely you’ll hear that the end resembles the intro melody again just higher notes. I’m guessing you are referring to the backing track, that one was mainly written for the guitar so it can stay in the same key, but still have different melodies and still can sound emotional and interesting.
