George Washington was a Freemason...But I think he did it to gain a foot hold in the aristocracy at the time because his dad died when he was 8. He was mostly a poor shy kid and for the most part a shy guy... He wanted little to do with running the country after the war was over and wanted to go back to mount Vernon to live out his life with his wife and kids. He also free'd his slaves when he died as one of his last requests. I don't think he was evil he was a Hero for freedom not occultism.
