Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core [Part 20] |Final Boss Fight| Genesis

Alright, this is the last time you will ever get to fight him in this game so listen up on how to defeat this bad ass motherfucker.

First Round:

1. When he stabs his sword into the ground, you should have enough time on attacking him.

2.When the sword is in the ground, enemies will be spawned in waves to attack you. Meaning, if you are using any kind of AoE materia at this point, spam it because you can kill off the enemies and damage Genesis at the same time.

3. Allow the DMV to do plenty of damage in this fight, since it is the best method when his sword is pretty much pulled back and it will often damage Genesis while you focus on his minions.

Final Round:

1. He acts similar to his appearence midway through the game since he does't even bother to curse you this time around.

2. At this point, his HP is pretty much low at this time and since he can be stunned by hits from the back, you can land a few criticals on him.

3. All his attacks can be dodged, and rather quickly, but any other than that, he will eventually die and you have finally succeeded at defeating Genesis.

What level are you in this?what are your stats?I'm really having troubles with the battles in this place,I'm level 31 on hard mode,i've got 9999 hp,my str is around 120,and magic about 90,rest of the stats are pretty low,i try to avoid battles as i get damaged really high,any tips?

and by the way,how do you fuse costly punch?

@Tspeed15 Well first off, why would you want to avoid wild battles? I know it may be a pain but it's worth it if you want to keep leveling up. As for how to fuse costly punch, it's Hammer Punch(M)+Libra(M)= Any Punch+ Any DMV. Or you could try this: Goblin Punch + DMW materia = Costly Punch. So either one of those should work.

@Tigerfan31200 Well,i barely have any good materias,I've got curaga (+12 magic),explosion blade (+34 atk),gil toss,drainra (+270% hp),and libra,any tips on how to get some better materias?I feel like I'm missing alot of materias and accessories in this game yet,I've done about 25% missions by now

What level are you 9999? And you only showed 6 of Te goddess materia
