@kryptiea, I think this film was originally released in 3-D & was eventually converted to be watched on tv but not till after the Duke's death. it;s rarely shown on tv.

You can buy it on DVD. It was released in Australia last year. I have it and the restoration is very good indeed.

By the way, in the bonus material information on the DVD somebody (I think it was Michael Pate) mentioned that she didn't bath and clean her teeth and that Wayne hated to do love scenes with her. Somebody ought to have told him that she was" among the greatest actresses of all time". Maybe that would have tempered the odour a bit...

Great movie! Ward Bond was in this movie with Duke right? I always enjoy John Wayne & Ward Bond in movies together. Ward Bond & Ben Johnson where to of the best as well.

It would be a good film were it not for this insufferable woman Geraldine Page.
