Birmingham Stop the War Coalition chair Salma Yaqoob defends a woman's right to choose.

Salma Yaqoob, who does not wear a burka, defends the use of the veil, as she debates with Tory MP Philip Hollobone after he calls for them to be banned in public.

Camila Batmanghelidjh from charity Kids Company also joins in the debate.

    covering the face is not Islamic thing, never been & will never be

    the real issue is not covering the face, but it is the "Hijab" which is covering the hair.

    I wonder can I ask girls not to wear mini skirts or deep neck tops. I think it is up to individual to decide what to wear in this country otherwise will not be a free country....
