While playing an old classic on the original PlayStation, I, with my great quarterbacking skill, threw into double-coverage against Florida with Tennessee. It was intercepted (along with 3 other passes in that game) but I was determined to crush the defender. So even though my player seemed to be knocked out I tried to move him anyways. I managed to make him slither towards the ball carrier for about 10 yards before someone else tackled him. I lost that game 27-7 but since I was playing "fantasy league" which gives you one point for every defensive sack, 10 yards rushing, and 30 yards passing as well as two points for every interception and fumble recovery, I lost 58-10. But do not worry, I'm not that bad at this game, I'm just used to playing NCAA Football on XBOX 360. It's just that if you get down on the road in this game and start throwing rainbows 30 yards downfield (which is exactly what I did), your bound to get crushed.
this also happens on madden 01 on the N64 and PS1
