Search Continues For Missing Mom Cincinnati 9News WCPO

Nicole's Remains have been found and identified, but there have been no arrests in the case.

MISSING: Nicole Marie Penix~Vanzant
Last seen in Menifee County Kentucky near Frenchburg at a General Dollar Store
Nicole has brown hair, weight 128 pounds, and is 27 years old
Van Zant's family say she has a four-year-old son, is very responsible and has never left without calling first. They say she was not carrying a cell phone or any cash when she disappeared.

Her remains have been found but no one has been charged with her murder.

Police are very actively looking into any and all leads. The boyfriend Josh Brown has been questioned. Also her estranged husband.

From the reports that I have heard this is what is being reported so far: At this point Josh is the last person to see her alive and there were other witnesses that saw the two arguing. He himself has stated that the argument is what lead Nicole to get out of the car.

I just pray that Nicole comes home safe.

she is part of my family and her sun is my cuz and they fount her remands and they dont now who killed her its been rough on our family i just find that person that done that cause now carter her sun has no mommy and just imange a 4 year old boy no mom and a heart broken family

we are very sure, i can pretty much garuntee that he has murdered her. It's been 3 months since yesterday, I know nicole, she wouldnt just disappear like that.
