"Touching the Lips" by Alex Linebrink (original)

I wrote this song a couple years ago after finding a poem from high school. The lyrics were just cheesy enough that I thought it would make a good song, so I threw some notes behind it, and here it is!

Lyrics:

Touching the lips
Of someone who you adore.
You feel that they
are warm messages.

"Dearest" they begin;
Infatuation lies within.
Ending with "I love you",
On those lips.

Oh who could this be?
That speaks such beautiful messages to me.
Who could this be?
It's you my love.
