My Girls

Well I just made my second video ever. I recently attended an event organized by the Fathers 4 Justice http://f4j.us and it really inspiried me. Being the father victim of corrupt court system that terminated my rights based on the claims of my ex wife saying I was not in the lives of my children and 2 of my boys were adopted out.

Well now I have 2 girls and I find myself in a similar situation. 30 miles away from my girls and unable to see them at the moment. This will soon change, but the point is, I am not a dead beat dad, I want to see my kids, I want to be in their lives but circumstances just do not allow it.

These so called "Family Courts" are ripping families apart, they are not acting in the best interest of children. Children need both parents in their lives and granting one parent every other weekend visitation is not allowing that parent to be in the capacity that they want to be in.

The "Family Courts" as they are so called are tearing good, loving parents away from children who need them. Imagine being told you had to choose between two of your children, now imagine that child having to choose which parent.

Not all fathers are dead beats.

Stand up for Equal Custody rights.

Stop Custody Injustices.

Hey I don't know if you read these but my father left when I was just 5 and it did scar me emotionally for life, I am 43 now and I still do not trust men because of what happend to my family, I think you are a hero of a father to let the public know that yes fathers are very important! My thoughts and prayers for a better tomorrow for you and your children are sent to you.

Well I guess I should let everyone know, my kids and their mother moved back in with me in mid June, we're not a complete family yet, but it's giving us the chance to work on some things, also we're doing what is best for the kids, and I wanna make sure that everyone knows that my ex (their mother) is trying to keep me in my daughters' lives as much as possible. Shame the courts will even go against a mother's wishes when it comes to custody and support.

Awesome, heart aching selection... I'm in the same boat, and yes it hurts today as it did back then. My kids have become more distant now... but I hope they'll understand when they're older.

Thank you for your comments, I understand what you have gone thru, I have 2 sons that the courts have terminated my rights to and adopted them out, cause my ex-wife said I wasn't around, even tho she moved so much I couldn't have any contact. The courts asked if I had "PROOF" that I was around, I asked if they had "PROOF" I wasn't . . . I lost

In mine and my daughters case, her dad after 20 yrs ran off with a Home Wrecking W.....e. I don't see him or her fit to instruct my daughter on morals, values or anything. All he is going to get is 4 days a month. I will instill values and morals to her, he is incapable, his behavior says enough. He placed his own selfishness above his family, he is not a parent. A parent places their childs needs first, not some trashing girl friend who is willing to destroy a family.

This system (practically same in England, America and a few other feminised countries) is a failure to the children and the parents and not forgetting the family of the seperated father.
