Great set! One question though - Is it proper to say "est lux mala"? I thought I read somewhere that "mala" refers to moral badness (i.e., people) while quality would use something like "vilis".

@JackR0402 I did a quick check of the Oxford Latin Dictionary. While malus can indeed refer to moral badness, the meaning is much broader than this - some examples it gives of things 'malus' are torture, old age, distant shores (to an exile), an unpleasant smell or ugly face, dangerous spells and herbs that are noxious to the body. So, when you read 'lux mala' think tanning beds. Cheers, Anthony
