this may actually be a good strategy for the first few innings. on my highschool team my freshmen year we had a kid who threw upper 80's which is extremely fast compared to the other pitchers in our region. when we played a bigger game, the other team would naturally think we would throw him, our ace. but we would intentionally pitch our slower or even our slowest for the first few innings because we knew they would take batting practice with their machines set to about 90mph. it worked often

@theLolzdude2009 kids in the llws throw about 50-70 mph. Some throw harder but the radar gun is known to say faster speeds than it usually was. A 24 mph pitch is probably physically impossible by the law of physics for him to physically throw that slow. This video is sarcastic and some of u clowns didn't catch on to that. Have a good day.
