Al Capone fed a vast majority of Chicago when the Depression was on, he prevented a lot of people from starving to death, that's why people praise him.

Deal with dealers only and you wont become a victim and be out of your money. If you buy from a private party and the golf cart is stolen you will lose your money through attorney fees and being incarcerated. If you buy from a license dealer they have will refund your money. Choice is yours folks. If you want something for nothing then take the chance, MANY DO....

Obama is more interested in protecting his political allies than defending U.S. borders. His power base IS in Chicago, that much hasn't changed.
Joe Kennedy (JFK's father) also had a close alliance with Chicago gangsters.
