How to create a light beam in your image with Photoshop. If the gradient looks too banded add a little bit of noise to the gradient layer by going to Filter- Noise-Add Noise --Monochromatic.

  • Nice one Shan, very concise,i didnt know about deleting the path afterwards, whats that all about?

  • @Mpathize Good housekeeping! You can keep the path in your psd file but if you save as tif other Desktop Publishing software might interpret it as a clipping path and all that would print is the beam and not the whole picture. For print whether using jpeg or tiff, files should be "Flattened" the Paths panel should be empty and the Channels Panel should not have extra Alpha channels unless you are doing CMYK printing with a bump plate or spot colors.

  • gradient doesnt show up for me ? any suggestions? also when I try to use the pen my lines dont come out straight

  • Respond to this video... Make sure you are on a blank layer in Normal Mode 100% Opacity. Make sure you are using a White to Transparent Liner Gradient and that the top options bar shows this as well as it's mode at Normal Mode at 100% Opacity

  • wish the bitch would just get to the point and tell us what to do straight away then fucking stalling

  • @GandENetwork How rude & crude! This is an educational channel, do you talk that way to your teachers and parents? Take your Adderall and chill out ! Or at least try to comment with more maturity! What are you 12?
