Central heating problem Potterton performa 24 eco Video 01.

This boiler was in Mount road, Hendon London NW9. I went to quote for the work. I have no call out charges for about 5 mile radius from where we are based. But some people are too wise. They get someone like me and find what part is faulty.. free of cahrge and get their handy man to do the work. Because you dont need no ID to buy boiler parts they can do this. So this was similler job. I went to quote for the work. Found the problem in no time. Quote the new client ..and he was only interested to find out which part is faulty. Soon as I told hime which part.. he tell me thank you and put the telephone down...You know what I am going to do from today. Quotation is free.. but to tell which part is faulty..there is a charge. ! anyway going back to the boiler ..this Potterton combi has no problem with hot water but the central heating. To find out whic part was faulty.. please see video 02 thank you...
