Just for the record, Wizkids put out an FAQ that confirmed that Bio-Nuclear Blast does count as a ranged attack and that Nemesis does indeed get to heal from it.

@dustinhare Are you asking if you can play heroclix by yourself? You technically can, but its meant to be 2 player.
