Meshuggah - In Death Is Death, 6 String, Guitar Guitar Rig 3 Demonstration

Sorry for shitty image/ sound quality! I just bought a 10.1 mp sony cybershot and its going right back up future shop's ass!

Playing part of Meshuggah's "In Death Is Death" with usual little mistakes now and then included. I'm using my 6 string Aria Pro series 2... For those asking yourself how?No, i didn't put bass strings on my guitar. :) I'm using a program called Guitar Rig 3 and with it i can use a pitch pedal to easily drop it to an Fsharp. So if any of you out there wanna play Meshuggah and don't want to purchase a 7 or 8 string guitar... Guitar Rig is your savior... (of course it takes a bit of tweaking but its fairly simple to do) cheers.

You are truly awesome. What kind of guitar do you play. Looks a little bit like the first guitar i bought and it was a samurai. It sounded shit and was heavy like a motherfuck. Yours look, eh, playable. Keep it up and please do Meshuggah covers from the upcomming album Koloss. I hear it might be the beast we are looking for. @FreakMarius Thanks dude! Its an Aria pro series 2 an i used a program called guitar rig 3 to drop down tuning... I would love to do other covers in the future and i hope Koloss will kick my ass like all of Meshuggah's album's ;) You have so many great bands in Sweden bro!!

@brunthroath6912 Yeah mine didn't sound bad, the pickups were fine it was just that the thing pretty much fell apart on me.The second pickup switch just fell off one day lol. I was taking it to school for a class so it probably took a little bit more abuse than an average guitar would. One of the tuning pegs broke off one day, and i ended up just buying a mexican made fender stratocaster. I still have that thing though, all broke and what not. BTW this is liukang021 from kaillera

@moreoreos123 This one is a Pro series 2 and its also the first electric guitar i ever got. The paint does come off and its not very well designed. But i still like the pick-ups regardless of how the cheap the guitar is, and the color...the color!!

Is that aria guitar any good? I got one for my first guitar ever, and the thing literally fell apart. The paint was put on so poorly it like crumpled off ridiculously easy and everything on it just seemed to be put together poorly. Of course, it wasn't an expensive model, it was in like 250-300 dollar price range but still, I could have got much better for the money. It's a shame because it was a nice looking guitar

@iwuedqw Sorry that preset is long gone:( JUst use a metal preset that you have and play around with the pitch pedal in components i think... Guitar rig 4 doesn't have the pitch pedal so don't bother looking in that one.
